ACCOMMODATION BOOKING

The Delegate Services have pre-booked a number of hotel rooms with special prices in Tallinn for the Conference.

Please note that the discounted prices below ONLY apply when booking via this website and will NOT apply when contacting the hotels directly. 
Hotels end their discounts 1-2 months before the event, please take this into account and book your accommodation as soon as possible. All the dates can be found in the hotel descriptions.

The booking will become valid after the payment has been received. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice.
Should an error occur during the booking process, please e-mail the Delegate Services at info@sps-feps-2023.eu.

All prices are in euros per room per night and including breakfast. Single room max. occupancy is one person, double/twin room occupancy is max. two persons. Payments can be made only by credit card.

Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the bookable period or need a different room type (allergy free for example), please send your request
via email to info@sps-feps-2023.eu.

Please also note that the confirmation letter also serves as a voucher for the hotel. The Delegate Services will forward the rooming lists to all hotels prior to the event, therefore you will not need to bring the confirmation letter with you.

Original Sokos Hotel Viru is located in the heart of Tallinn, by the gates of the Old Town. There are many concert venues as well as commercial and entertainment centres nearby. You can access Viru Keskus, the trendiest shopping centre in the city that includes more than 100 service providers, straight from the hotel.

Nordic Hotel Forum reopened as Estonia’s Corona-Safest hotel on August 2, 2021, following a full renovation of the entire hotel. All 258 guestrooms underwent a major refurbishment.
